- Please be advised that if you have a MASCULIN Gift Certificate, its expiration date may not be extended! MASCULIN Gift Certificate expires six month after the date issued. This is due to regularly renewed or revolving treatments and possible change in price. We may not accept any complaints regarding expired gift certificates and appointment dates! Please be advised that due to some misuse of gift certificates, we can ONLY accept gift certificates with serial number, signature and expiration date!
- Our salon is absolutely a sex free area! We are not able to serve guests in any form, with these kinds of intensions!
- We can assure appointments only upon reservation. You can fix an appointment in person or through the internet ‘online‘ for absolute discretion, by phone, fax, mobile phone or email.
- We kindly ask you to arrive on time – at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment, so that you too can comfortably prepare resting and total relaxation.
- As the guest of the salon you can use all our facilitieswithout limitation (locker room, shower, rest room, cafeteria, etc.). Of course, every cabins of MASCULIN Day Spa are air-conditioned.
- Guest of MASCULIN can consume tea, coffee, and mineral water without limitation. Ask from the staff!
- During your relaxation a loudly ringing mobile phone or a noisy phone conversation could be rather disappointing. For your highest level of comfort our MASCULIN Day Spa introduces a new phone assistant service. Our guest can leave their mobile phones at the reception, and our colleges are willing to take and make a list of your incoming calls.
- For all treatments we provide pants, towel, bathrobe, slippers, and hygienic products like soap, shampoo, hand cream, shower cap, comb. Upon needs shaving, teeth cleaning and shoe polishing sets are also available.
- In case of delay we cannot expand the time of the treatment. We can only provide treatment for the previously reserved period of time, considering other guests’ appointments.
- On the occasion of your first visit you must make a health statement in which you must provide data on your medical state.
- We do not take responsibility for the personal belongings left in the locker rooms or lost elsewhere in the salon.
- If requested we safeguard valuables in our safe-deposit at the reception.
- The services of our salon do not replace medical care.
- For the request of our VIP guests we can ensure private treatments as well. MASCULIN team holds the right to refuse giving services to anyone without any justification.
- All guests – above the age of 18 – can have resort to our services at their own risk.
- Due to our customers serenity children under 12 years of age are not allowed to attend the salon, not even with adult accompanying. Thank you for understanding!
- It is not allowed to consume alcohol or drugs before the treatments.
- We kindly ask you to refrain from smoking and using your cell phone in our salon.
- In our salon we accept all visa and MasterCard’s. We hold the right to change prices and services on the website.
