Cancellation policy

• Regrettably, after many years, we are forced to introduce our cancellation policy because many of our guest’s „abandonment habits” are hindering us in a smooth job.
• If you are unable to appear for any reason at the time you booked, please report this in time, as this date will be available to someone else and our colleagues are ready for you at this time.
• In view of the time when the resettlement takes time of resignation, from the 1st of February 2018, the booked time can be cancel free of charge 24 hours before the booked treatment. If this happens later, we are forced to charge +5.000,- HUF fee for the next treatment.
• We appreciate your understanding of this measure, for the benefit of our guests, in order to make our services more smoothly.
